民族宗教节日的活动是藏民族生活的重要环节,与生活息息相关,因此民族宗教节日期间的出行,不是一种纯粹的交通出行,出行的目的除了祈愿、祈福,出行的公众也在出行的过程中得到了娱乐,寻找到了更深层次的精神寄托。作为圣地拉萨,其公共交通资源十分有限,特别是在民族宗教节日期间,公众的交通出行需求呈现出骤增的现象,拉萨市的交通供给存在供不应求的局面。现在的拉萨面临着上下班高峰交通拥堵、市内道路狭窄、市民的交通意识淡薄、道路建设受地形限制发展等各种交通问题,为了满足公众节日活动出行的需求,提高公共交通服务质量,应该在有限的交通资源中深入优化公共交通线路,增强交通为民的影响力。

The activities of ethnic religious festivals are an important part of the life of Tibetans and are closely related to life.Therefore,travel during ethnic religious festivals is not a pure transportation trip.The purpose of traveling is to pray and bless the public,and the public is also traveling.In the process of getting entertainment,the public find a deeper spiritual sustenance.As a holy place,Lhasa’s public transportation resources are limited especially during the national religious festivals.The public transportation demand has shown a sudden increase.The transportation supply in Lhasa is in short.Lhasa is facing various traffic problems,such as peak traffic jams during commuting to and from work,narrow roads in the city,low traffic awareness among citizens,and road construction restricted by terrain.In order to meet the needs of public holiday activities and improve the quality of public transportation sendees,the article proposes an in-depth optimization of public transportation routes within limited transportation resources,which will enhance the influence of transportation for the people.
