Existing Problems and Solutions of Traffic Safety in A county

A县(化名)县城隶属华北地区某地级市,道路安全问题时有发生。通过对A县县城进行交通调查,发现其交通安全事故的发生存在一定特点,即事故地点较为集中,肇事人员多为二三十岁的年轻人,事故车型电动车占比较大,几种确定类型事故频繁发生。本文对A县县城的道路安全事故,从态度层面和技术层面两个角度展开分析,对不规范车型管理松弛、驾驶者态度不端正、畸形路口、欠合理的交通控制方式、瓶颈路段等多种典型问题进行分析,并分别提出所有车型强制挂牌、安全意识教育、变环岛为信号灯控、利用老旧平房改造契机修建新路、发展公共交通等多套解决方案。

County A(pseudonym)is a county-level city in North China,and road safety problems occur from time to time.Through a traffic survey of county A,the article finds that there are certain characteristics of traffic safety accidents,that is,the location of the accident is relatively concentrated,and the perpetrators are mostly young people in their 20s and 30s.The electric vehicles account for a relatively large ratio.Accidents occur frequently.This article analyzes the road safety accidents in A county from the perspective of attitude and technology,and analyzes the management of irregular vehicles,slack driver attitude,abnormal intersections,unreasonable traffic control methods,bottleneck sections,etc.Typical problems are analyzed,and various solutions are proposed,such as mandatory listing of all vehicle models,safety awareness education,changing the island into a signal light control,using old bungalow renovation opportunities to build new roads,and developing public transportation.
