综合护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with uterine fibroid surgery

目的探讨综合护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的60例行子宫肌瘤手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组开展传统护理干预,观察组则实施综合护理干预,比较两组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定两组手术耐受性,用生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评定生活质量。结果观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组EORTC QLQ-C30量表中社会、体力、情绪、角色、认知评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤手术患者,通过开展综合护理干预,不仅能缩短康复时间,提高生活质量,而且能减轻疼痛,减少并发症,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients underwent uterine fibroid surgery who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group carried out traditional nursing interventions,while the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions.The anus exhaust time,time to get out of bed,length of hospital stay,and complications were compared between the two groups.The visual analogue score(VAS)was used to assess the surgical tolerance of the two groups.The quality of life measurement scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)was used to assess the quality of life.Results The anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,physical emotional,role and cognitive scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroid surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention can not only shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life,but also reduce pain,reduce complications,and have high clinical application value.
