J钩支抗与种植体支抗应用于矫治安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形的效果对比

Effect comparison of J-hook anchorage and implant anchorage in the treatment of angle classⅠbimaxillary protrusion deformity

目的比较J钩支抗与种植体支抗应用于矫治安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形的应用效果。方法选取2017年1~10月我院收治的80例安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组(J钩支抗)和B组(种植体支抗),每组各40例。比较两组患者的矫治周期及牙相关指标。结果B组患者的平均矫正周期短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。矫治后,B组患者的上颌磨牙抗力中心-腭平面距(U6C-PP)、鼻唇角(Cm-Sn-UL)水平高于A组,上唇突点-RL距(UL-RL)水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与J钩支抗相比,采用种植体支抗方法矫治安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形的周期更短,矫治效果更好。

Objective To Comparison of the effect of J-hook anchorage and implant anchorage in the treatment of angle classⅠbimaxillary protrusion deformity.Methods A total of 80 patients with classⅠbimaxillary protrusion deformity who admitted in our hospital from January to October 2017 were divided into group A(J hook anchor group)and group B(implant anchorage group)by random data table method,40 cases in each group.The treatment cycle and tooth-related indexes were compared between two groups.Results The mean treatment cycle of group B was shorter than that of group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the rectification,the distance of center of resistance of maxillary molar to palatal plane(U6C-PP)and the level of nasal labial angle(Cm-Sn-UL)in group B were higher than those of group A,and the distance of upper lip to RL(UL-RL)in group B was lower than that in group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with J-hook anchorage,implant anchorage in the treatment of angle classⅠbimaxillary protrusion deformity has shorter cycle and better correction effect.
