不同程度根管填充治疗在牙体牙髓病中的应用效果

Application effect of different degrees of root canal filling treatment in dental pulp disease

目的探讨不同程度根管填充治疗在牙体牙髓病中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年7月~2019年8月我院收治的99例牙体牙髓病患者的临床资料,根据填充程度的不同将其分为恰填组(33例)、欠填组(33例)及超填组(33例),治疗10 d后,比较恰填组、欠填组和超填组的治疗效果、疼痛度评分及生活质量评分。结果恰填组的治疗总有效率为96.97%,高于欠填组(63.64%)和超填组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欠填组与超填组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,恰填组的疼痛度视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(2.29±1.00)分,低于欠填组的(4.60±1.50)分和超填组的(4.51±1.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欠填组与超填组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,恰填组的生活质量评分为(89.59±6.82)分,高于欠填组的(74.71±7.27)分与超填组的(75.69±7.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欠填组与超填组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对牙体牙髓病患者采用恰当的根管填充治疗,可提高患者的治疗效果,缓解疼痛和改善生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of different degrees of root canal filling treatment in dental pulp disease Methods The clinical data of 99 patients with endodontic disease who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the difference of filling degree,the patients were divided into exact filling group(n=33),underfilling group(n=33)and overfilling group(n=33).After ten days of treatment,the therapeutic effect,score of pain degree,and quality of life score of the exact filling group,underfilling group,and overfilling group were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the exact filling group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 63.64%in the underfilling group and 66.67%in the overfilling group,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the underfilling group and the overfilling group(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain degree in the exact filling group was(2.29±1.00)points,which was lower than that in the underfilling group of(4.60±1.50)points and the overfilling group of(4.51±1.49)points,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the underfilling group and overfilling group(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the exact filling group was(89.59±6.82)points,which was higher than that in the underfilling group of(74.71±7.27)points and that in the overfilling group of(75.69±7.62)points,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score between the underfilling group and overfilling group(P>0.05).Conclusion Appropriate root canal filling treatment for patients with dental pulp disease can improve the treatment effect of patients,relieve pain and improve quality of life,and have clinical application value.
