Management practice of COVID-19 isolation ward in primary hospital

本文总结了我院新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病区的建设与管理经验,重点阐述了新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病区的建立,落实护理人员新冠病毒肺炎相关指南与工作流程的培训,加强患者与医疗废物的管理,做好患者与家属的健康宣教及关注护理人员的身心健康。医护人员通过严格培训,掌握各项护理技能,更好地服务患者,同时做好防护工作,取得初步成效,希望能为其他病房抗击疫情工作提供参考。

This article summarizes the experience of the construction and management of COVID-19 isolation ward in our hospital.The establishment of the COVID-19 isolation ward,the implementation of COVID-19 guidelines and workflow training for nursing staff,and the management of patients and medical waste were mainly described.Through strict training,the nursing staff have mastered various nursing skills,in order to do the protection work and to care patients well.The preliminary results are expected to provide reference for other wards to fight against the epidemic.
