整体护理联合临床护理路径在玻璃体腔注药手术护理中的应用

Application of holistic nursing combined clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of vitreous cavity injection

目的分析整体护理联合临床护理路径在玻璃体腔注药手术护理中的应用。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的60例玻璃体腔注药手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理与临床护理路径。比较分析两组术后7 d视力水平、护理质量评分、疾病认知评分、护理满意度评分、心理状况评分。结果观察组并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分为(92.03±7.17)、疾病认知程度评分为(86.45±5.96)分、护理满意度评分为(93.13±5.22)分均高于对照组的[(85.14±10.35)、(70.05±7.57)、(85.78±11.04)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于护理前;观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注药手术患者给予整体护理与临床护理路径,可以有效改善护理质量并提高满意度,减少并发症,缓解患者不良情绪,临床价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application of holistic nursing combined clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of vitreous cavity injection surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with vitreous cavity injection surgery who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group used holistic nursing and clinical nursing pathway.The postoperative 7 day visual acuity,nursing quality score,disease cognitive score,nursing satisfaction score,and psychological status score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the obeservation was(92.03±7.17)points,the disease cognition score was(86.45±5.96)points,and the nursing satisfaction score was(93.13±5.22)points,higher than those of the control group of(85.14±10.35),(70.05±7.57)and(85.78±11.04)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score and the depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before the nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group SAS score,SDS score after nursing score were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with vitreous cavity injection surgery give holistic nursing and clinical nursing pathways,which can effectively improve the quality of care and improve satisfaction,reduce complications,alleviate patients′bad mood,and have high clinical value.
