全面护理对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者健康状况调查问卷、日常生活能力量表评分的影响

目的探讨全面护理对糖尿病肾病(DN)维持性血液透析(MHD)患者健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例MHD治疗的DN患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组开展传统护理,观察组实施全面护理,比较两组ADL及SF-36评分。结果护理1个月后,观察组ADL评分等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对MHD治疗的DN患者,通过开展全面护理干预,能提高其生存质量,改善日常生活能力,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the scores of health status questionnaire(SF-36)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 60 cases of DN treated by maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group carried out traditional nursing,and the observation group carried out full-scale nursing.ADL and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing,ADL score grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and the ability of daily life of the patients with DN treated by MHD.
