聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症临床疗效及对泪液炎症因子的影响

Clinical curative effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate on dry eye tear film after cataract surgery and the influences on tear inflammation factors

目的探讨聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症临床疗效及对泪液炎症因子的影响。方法将2018年1~12月本院的白内障术后干眼症患者80例随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组予以聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,记录两组治疗后的临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后泪液湿润长度、泪膜破裂时间(BUT),以及荧光染色(FL)评分结果,记录两组治疗前后泪液中炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]变化情况,记录两组治疗过程中不良反应发生例数。结果研究组治疗总显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后,研究组泪液湿润长度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);BUT明显长于对照组(P<0.05),FL评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);泪液中TNF-α、IL-6浓度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间不良反应发生率均较低,且差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论相比单用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效更为显著,更能修复泪膜结构,改善干眼症,减轻炎症反应,且具有较高的用药安全性。

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of polyethylene glycol(PEG)eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate(SH)on dry eye tear film after cataract surgery and the influences on tear inflammation factors.Methods Eighty patients with dry eye after cataract surgery in the hospital during the period from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with SH,while study group was treated with PEG eye drops combined with SH.The clinical curative effect in both groups after treatment was recorded.The tear wetting length,break-up time(BUT)and scores of fluorescent staining(FL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)in tears before and after treatment,and number of cases with adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were recorded.Results The total response rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,tear wetting length in study group was significantly greater than that in control group(P<0.05),BUT was significantly longer than that in control group(P<0.05),and FL score was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of TNF-αand IL-6 in tears in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was relatively lower,without significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with SH alone,clinical curative effect of PEG eye drops combined with SH is more significant on dry eye tear film after cataract surgery,which can more repair tear film structure,improve dry eye,and reduce inflammatory response with relatively higher medication safety.
