摘要
为了满足固定污染源在线分析仪器比对和现场环境监督检查的需要,研制了一种基于傅里叶红外光谱分析技术的便携式气体分析仪,从硬件与软件两方面详细描述了该分析仪的功能特点。在实验室对仪器进行了SO 2标气检测,结果显示该型分析仪示值相对误差小于1.5%,重复性相对标准偏差小于0.5%;在低浓度水气干扰条件下SO 2检测示值的相对误差小于1.5%;在烟气工况条件下,SO 2示值结果与通入的对应标气具有良好的对应性。表明该分析仪具有优良的准确性和现场应用能力,能够满足检测需求。
The performance and features of this instrument are described in detail from both its hardware and software.SO 2 standard gas detection is carried out in lab with this instrument.The detection result show that the relative error of the indication of this analyzer is less than 1.5%,the relative standard deviation of its performance stability is less than 0.5%.With small presence of water vapor,the relative error of the indication is less than 1.5%.Testing in the exhaust gas emission site when the water concentration is high,the SO 2 indications show good correspondence with the standard gas added accordingly.The analyzer has good accuracy and on-site application capability.
