摘要
建立了加速溶剂萃取-超高效液相色谱(ASE-UHPLC)测定食品纸包装中VBL和APC两种荧光增白剂。优化了ASE前处理条件,得出最佳萃取条件为:萃取溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺;萃取温度为80℃;静态萃取时间为5min。同时优化了液相色谱条件,采用甲醇和5 mM醋酸铵水溶液作为流动相,C 18色谱柱,采用DAD检测器于12min之内分离了VBL和APC两种荧光增白剂。两种荧光增白剂在0.05~20.0 mg/L此区间线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.9998。VBL和APC检出限分别为0.036和0.06 mg/kg;RSD分别为1.2%和0.8%(6针);1.0~10.0 mg/kg的加标情况下,加标回收率范围为83.7~95.8%,满足分析检测要求。本方法具有前处理简单,仪器灵敏度高,稳定性好,分析速度快等特点,是食品包装材料中荧光增白剂测定的快捷有效的方法。
Sample extraction parameters and chromatographic parameters were optimized.The limit of detection(LOD)of the two fluorescent whitening agents(VBL and APC)were 0.036 mg/kg and 0.06 mg/kg,the RSD of precision were 1.2%and 0.8%(n=6),respectively.The good linear equation R squared was greater than 0.9998.The recovery range was 83.7%-95.8%.The method has the advantages of simple,high sensitivity,good stability and fast.
