摘要
石墨烯是一种具有二维结构的新型碳纳米材料,特有的物理结构赋予其诸多优异性能。对石墨烯材料表面含氧官能团的类别和定性定量分析方法如傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和Boehm滴定法等进行了综述,结合3种表征技术分析了石墨烯材料表面含氧官能团的种类和含量。
The types of functional groups and different methods for determination of these groups on graphene material were reviewed.The characterization methods such as Fourier transform-infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)as well as Boehm titration were briefly described and their relative problems that may arise were discussed in detail.
