HEOS冷刀宫腔镜治疗重度宫腔粘连的效果分析

Effect of HEOS cold Knife Hysteroscope in the Treatment of severe intrauterine Adhesions

目的分析HEOS(宫腔镜操作系统)冷刀宫腔镜治疗重度IUA(宫腔粘连)的临床疗效。方法纳入病例河南省中医药大学第三附属医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的94例重度IUA患者,以手术方案不同分为两组,参照组47例患者采纳传统宫腔镜手术治疗,实验组47例患者采纳HEOS冷刀宫腔镜治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子指标、6月内再粘连率。结果实验组临床总有效率95.74%显著比参照组70.21%高(P<0.05),实验组术后1周血清IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著比参照组低,实验组6月内再粘连率2.13%显著比参照组17.02%低(P<0.05)。结论HEOS冷刀宫腔镜可有效减轻重度IUA患者术后机体炎症反应,促进宫腔形态恢复正常,降低远期复发率,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of HEOS(hysteroscope operating system)cold knife hysteroscope in the treatment of severe IUA(intrauterine adhesion).Methods A total of 94 patients with severe IUA admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups,the 47 patients in the control group were treated with traditional hysteroscopic surgery,the patients were divided into two groups according to the operation plan,the 47 patients in the experimental group were treated with HEOS cold-knife hysteroscope.The clinical effect,inflammatory factors and adhesion rate within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.21%,P<0.05),the serum levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 week after operation.the adhesion rate in the experimental group was 2.13%lower than that in the control group(17.02%)within 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion HEOS cold-knife hysteroscope can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of severe IUA patients,promote the uterine cavity shape to return to normal,and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
