探讨经腹彩色多普勒超声引导下介入治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床效果

To investigate the clinical Effect of interventional Treatment of bacterial Liver Abscess guided by abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的探究分析对细菌性肝脓肿患者施以经腹彩色多普勒超声引导介入治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析河南大学第一附属医院2016年3月—2019年7月收治的40例接受超声介入引导下行穿刺抽脓和置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿患者。对治疗前后患者的实验室指标以及治疗效果进行统计分析。结果上述细菌性肝脓肿患者经过治疗后,40例患者全部一次性穿刺置管成功,患者经过治疗后实验室各指标数值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);所有患者平均住院时间为(16.7±4.7)天,经过治疗后有21例(52.50%)患者痊愈,有18例(45.00%)患者治疗有效,1例(2.50%)治疗无效,所有患者的治疗有效率为97.50%;治疗后经过随访共发现2例并发症,发生率为7.50%。结论对细菌性肝脓肿患者施以经腹彩色多普勒超声引导介入治疗穿刺成功率高,临床效果突出且术后并发症少,具有不凡的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional treatment of bacterial liver abscess guided by abdominal color doppler sonograms.Methods 40 patients with bacterial liver abscess who received ultrasound-guided aspiration and drainage were analyzed retrospectively in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from March 2016 to July 2019.The laboratory indexes and therapeutic effect of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results After treatment,all 40 patients with bacterial liver abscess were successfully catheterized at one time,the values of laboratory indexes were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The average length of stay was(16.7±4.7)days.21 patients(52.50%)were cured,18 patients(45.00%)were effective and 1 patient(2.50%)was ineffective.The effective rate of all patients was 97.50%.After treatment,2 cases were found after follow-up,the incidence rate was 7.50%.Conclusion Transabdominal color doppler ultrasound-guided interventional therapy for bacterial liver abscess has high success rate,outstanding clinical effect and few postoperative complications,it has extraordinary clinical application value.
