构建急危重症手术护理配合救治流程对女性患者抢救效果的影响

Influence of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing Combined with Treatment Process on the Rescue effect of Female Patients

目的探讨急危重症手术护理配合救治流程对女性患者抢救效果的影响。方法选取长垣市人民医院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的急危重症患者90例为研究对象,将2019年2月—2019年8月接受手术室常规护理配合救治的45例患者作为对照组,将2019年9月—2020年2月接受常规护理配合的基础上构建急危重症手术护理配合救治流程的45例患者作为观察组。比较两组患者抢救操作时间、护理满意度评分和疗效。结果观察组患者病情诊断时间、生命体征判断、抢救准备时间、静脉开放时间、气管插管时间、心肺复苏准备时间、心肺复苏持续时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者环境设施、健康教育、护理技术、护理态度、护理效果及便捷性各维度评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者显效31例,有效12例,总有效率为95.56%,对照组患者显效20例,有效16例,总有效率为80.00%,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施急危重症手术护理配合能显著缩短患者的救治准备时间,继而提升抢救成功率和护理满意率。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing and treatment process of acute critical care operation on the rescue effect of female patients.Methods 90 cases of patients with critical patients in the people’s hospital of Changyuan city from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research objects.Patients who accepted operating room routine nursing with treatment from February 2019 to August were defined as control group,while patients who accepted emergency and critical care nursing with treatment process on the basis of routine nursing cooperation were defined as observation group.The rescue operation time,nursing satisfaction score and efficacy of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The terms of diagnosis time,vital signs judgment,rescue preparation time,intravenous opening time,endotracheal intubation time,cardiopulmonary resuscitation preparation time and duration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of patients the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t values were 3.132,2.907,4.042,3.508,2.996,2.676,3.015.all P<0.05).The scores of environmental facilities,health education,nursing technology,nursing attitude,nursing effect and convenience of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(t values were 2.876,3.645,2.653,2.639,2.875,3.147.all P<0.05).In the observation group,31 patients showed obvious effect,12 effective patients,with a total effective rate of 95.56%;in the control group,20 patients showed obvious effect,16 effective patients,with a total effective rate of 80.00%.The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing cooperation of acute critical care operation can significantly shorten the time of treatment preparation for patients,and then improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction rate,and the clinical application is good.
