摘要
[目的/意义]根据老年读者对图书馆游戏服务的实际需求和国外相关的成功经验,本文提出适合中国公共图书馆老年人游戏服务建议,为日后相关研究与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]研究首先以阅读文献和访问图书馆门户网站的方式调研了国内外公共图书馆老年人游戏服务的现状;而后对14名老年读者进行半结构化访谈,调研并分析了老年读者对图书馆游戏服务的需求情况。[结果/结论]根据调研结果并借鉴国外公共图书馆老年人游戏服务的成功经验,从服务理念、服务资源、服务形式、服务机制、服务管理5个方面对中国公共图书馆老年人游戏服务的开展提出了合理化建议。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on our understanding of the actual needs of senior readers for library gaming services,and summarizing relevant overseas experiences of gaming success,the paper puts forward suggestions on gaming services for senior citizens in China’s public libraries,providing references for future related research and practice.[Methods/Procedures]The authors first surveyed the current status of gaming services for the elderly in public libraries at home and abroad by literature review and visiting library websites.Then semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 elderly readers to investigate and analyze their demand for library gaming services.[Results/Conclusions]Based on the research results and drawing on the successful experience of providing gaming services for senior users of international public libraries,this paper puts forward rational suggestions for the development of gaming services for the elderly in public libraries in China from five aspects:service concept,service resources,service form,service mechanism,and service management.
