浅梳衡水市域志书中的历史疫情

A Brief Analysis of the Historical Epidemic Situation in Hengshui’s Local Records

从衡水各类地方志书中梳理疫情记载看,古老的衡水地域,历史上发生过各种疫情,看来这是人类发展史上不可避免的灾害之一。在宋、明、清、民国时期,由于社会制度落后,科学尚不发达,加之战乱遇上疫情,人民生命损失惨重。新中国成立后,也曾有过多种瘟疫来袭,但在中国共产党的领导下,发挥社会主义制度优越性,进行科学防范,将疫情危害降到了最低,积极保护了人民生命财产。

From all kinds of local records in Hengshui,we can see that various epidemic disasters have occurred in the ancient Hengshui region in history.It seems that it is one of the inevitable disasters in the history of human development.In the Period of Song,Ming,Qing and Republic of China,due to the backward social system and underdeveloped science,coupled with war and epidemic,people suffered heavy loss of life.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,there have been many kinds of plagues.However,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the superiority of the socialist system is given full play in taking scientific precautions to minimize the harm of the epidemic and actively protecting people’s lives and property.
