个体化健康教育对肝癌经导管动脉栓塞化疗后继发肺部感染患者心理状况及生活质量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨个体化健康教育对肝癌经导管动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)后继发肺部感染患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法依据干预方法的不同将150例TACE术后继发肺部感染的肝癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组患者给予常规健康宣教,观察组患者给予个体化健康教育。记录两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评分,统计两组患者的满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均较本组干预前下降,且观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域、独立性领域及宗教与个人信仰评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的上述评分均较本组干预前升高,且观察组患者的上述评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的85.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育可改善肝癌TACE术后继发肺部感染患者的负性心理,提高其生活质量和满意度。 Objective To investigate the effects of individualized health education on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) developing subsequent pulmonary infection after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Method A total of 150 patients with pulmonary infection secondary to TACE for HCC were included in the analysis as control group or study group,with 75 patients in each.The control group was given routine health education,and the study group was administered with individualized health education.The patients were assessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and quality of life scale in both groups before and after treatment,besides,the satisfaction level of patients in either group was also compared.Result Before the administration of health education by either method,the SAS and SDS scores were similar n the two groups(P>0.05);while after interventions,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased compared with those before interventions,and significantly lower scores of SAS and SDS were observed in study group compared to control group(P<0.05).Before interventions,the scores concerning domains of physical health,psychological health,environment,social relationships,level of independence,and religion as well as personal beliefs were similar between the two groups(P>0.05);while all were improved after interventions in either group,with significantly greater improvement observed in study group compared to control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level in study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the 85.33% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education ameliorates the negative psychological states of patients with secondary pulmonary infections following TACE,thereby elevating the quality of life and satisfaction level of patients.
