摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Dy^3+掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及紫外-可见分光光度计分析光催化剂的物相组织及性能。结果表明,Dy^3+促进了金红石相的形成,得到的双相组织有利于细化晶粒尺寸、提高光催化活性。当Dy^3+掺加量为6%时,最佳降解效率为92%。
Dy^3+doped nano TiO2 photocatalytic reagents was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source.The phase structure and properties of photocatalyst were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The results show that Dy^3+promotes the formation of rutile phase,and the obtained dual phase structure is beneficial to refine the grain size and improve the photocatalytic activity.When the molar mass of Dy^3+is 6%,the best degradation efficiency is 92%.
