铁粉基软磁复合材料包覆工艺行为控制及表征

摘要 通过机械搅拌法和热处理酰亚胺化,可以在铁粉颗粒表面包覆一层聚酰亚胺有机包覆涂层,突出了压制磁环样品的物理力学性能和磁性能。结果表明,将热处理温度提高到350℃时,新的有机包覆涂层不发生烧损,仍在铁粉颗粒表面均匀分布,包覆质量分数为1.5%的磁环样品综合性能较好。 By mechanical stirring and heat treatment imidization,a polyimide organic coating was coated on the surface of iron powder particles,and the physical and mechanical properties and magnetic properties of pressed magnetic ring samples were are highlighted.As a result,when the heat treatment temperature was raised to 350℃,the new organic coated coating did not burn,and still distributed evenly on the surface of iron powder particles.The magnetic ring sample with 1.5%coated content had better comprehensive performance.
