为了提高化工工艺设计质量、促进我国化工产业的发展,对过程模拟优化在化工工艺设计中的应用进行了研究。首先,对过程模拟优化技术进行了分析,指出了其定义及应用优势。然后,详细阐述了过程模拟优化技术在生产设备优化及调整、新工艺研究、装置设计中的应用方法。最后,结合实例具体阐述了过程模拟优化在化工工艺设计中的应用。

In order to improve the quality of chemical process design and promote the development of chemical industry in China,the application of process simulation optimization in chemical process design is studied.Firstly,the process simulation optimization technology is analyzed,and its definition and application advantages are pointed out.Then,the application methods of process simulation optimization technology in production equipment optimization and adjustment,new process research and device design are described in detail.Finally,the application of process simulation optimization in chemical process design is described combined with examples.
