基于DEA-Malmquist指数的创业板高新技术企业创新效率研究

Study on innovation efficiency of growth enterprise market high-tech enterprises based on DEA-Malmquist index

采用DEA-Malmquist指数法,利用2014—2018年创业板高新技术企业的面板数据,测算创业板高新技术企业全要素生产率的动态变化情况,以此对高新技术企业创新绩效进行综合评价。研究结论表明,241家创业板高新技术企业在2014—2018年间全要素生产率未得到提升,企业创新效率较低,主要原因是技术效率的阻碍作用。

Using the DEA-Malmquist index method and the panel data of growth enterprise market high-tech enterprises from 2014 to 2018,the dynamic changes of total factor productivity of growth enterprise market high-tech enterprises are measured,so as to comprehensively evaluate the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.The conclusion of the study shows that 241 growth enterprise market high-tech enterprises have not improved the total factor productivity form 2014 to 2018,and the innovation efficiency of enterprises is low,which is mainly due to the hindrance of technological efficiency.
