口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡治疗效果影响研究

Study on the effect of oral nursing combined with diet intervention on the treatment of oral ulcer

以2019年1月—2019年8月手术室收治的90例口腔溃疡患者为观察对象,按照不同的护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组有45例患者。对照组患者采取常规护理方式进行护理治疗,观察组患者采取口腔护理结合饮食干预方式进行护理治疗,最终比较两组患者的治疗效果,并比较两组患者口腔溃疡治疗的各项时间,包括进食时间、溃疡愈合时间、溃疡消失时间。此外,对两组患者口腔溃疡治疗后的各项指标评分进行比较,包括身体健康评分、心理健康评分和口腔疼痛评分。分析口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡的治疗效果,发现观察组患者口腔创面的愈合时间和疼痛减轻时间等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,在口腔溃疡治疗过程中采取护理结合饮食干预的方法能产生较好的治疗效果,对患者康复具有重要意义。

Niety cases of oral ulcer patients in the operating room from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were treated with oral nursing combined with diet intervention.Finally,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared,and the treatment time of oral ulcer in the two groups was compared,including eating time,ulcer healing time and ulcer disappearance time.In addition,the scores of various indicators after treatment of oral ulcer in the two groups were compared,including physical health score,mental health score and oral pain score.This paper analyzes the therapeutic effect of oral nursing combined with diet intervention on the treatment of oral ulcer,founding that the healing time and pain relief time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the method of nursing combined with diet intervention in the treatment of oral ulcer can produce better therapeutic effect,which is of great significance to the rehabilitation of patients.
