摘要
系统基于DSP控制及嵌入式可编程逻辑控制器,利用Wi-Fi控制步进电机,实现8个方向控制,并通过远程无线监视完成取源、清洗源以及装源的系统设计与实现,确保放射源丝扣的清洁,有效降低放射源粘扣的风险。应用表明,系统机构运转正常,实现了远程控制。该系统降低了辐射工作人员的照射量,规避了不必要的放射源照射,降低了放射源作业风险。
This system is based on DSP control and embedded programmable logic controller. Wi-Fi is used to control steppermotor to realize eight-direction control. The system design of radioactive source installation, disassembly, cleaning and loading isaccomplished by remote wireless monitoring. Ensure the cleaning of the radioactive source’s buttons and effectively reduce therisk of the radioactive source’s bonding. In application, the system works well and can be controlled remotely. The system reducesthe exposure of radiation workers, avoids unnecessary radiation exposure and reduces the operational risk of radiation sources.
