摘要 压力管道的腐蚀性缺陷会给国民经济造成重大损失。为了减少腐蚀缺陷对管道的影响,研究包覆层下管道腐蚀状况的在线检测技术对管道的维护具有重要意义。通过研究涡流传感的机理,设计了一种基于巨磁阻(GMR)磁敏芯片的电磁涡流传感器,在不去除包覆层的情况下,通过增大线圈发射电流,达到对金属管道的激励作用,进而利用GMR芯片提取缺陷特征信号。有限元仿真分析结果表明:设计的涡流传感器及缺陷检测方法具有可靠性,可以用于管道腐蚀检测。 The corrosive defects will cause great loss to the national economy.In order to reduce the influence of corrosive defects on the pressure pipeline,researching the on-line detection technology of pipeline corrosion status under the cladding layer has important significance for pipeline maintenance.In this paper,by studying the mechanism of eddy current sensing,an electromagnetic eddy current sensor based on GMR magneto-sensitive chip is designed.Without removing the coating layer,by increasing the coil emission current,the excitation effect on the metal pipeline is achieved,and then used GMR chip to extract defect feature signals.The results of simulation analysis show that the designed sensor and defect detection method have certain reliability,can be used for pipeline corrosion detection.
