摆动阀泥浆脉冲器传动方案设计 被引量:3

摘要 与针阀脉冲器和连续旋转阀脉冲器相比,摆动阀脉冲器具有功耗低、数据传输率高、不易堵塞等优点,成为当前脉冲器结构的首选。根据摆动阀脉冲器的结构特点,初步确定了脉冲器传动系统的方案。根据摆动阀脉冲器转子的运动轨迹,对转子进行流体数值模拟。分析表明,受流体作用的影响,转子在流道中受到力矩会使脉冲器具有关闭的趋势,从而对转子的运动产生附加的水力转矩。在此基础上确定了一种新的传动系统方案,在传动系统中增加了扭转弹簧扭转机构,以降低电机的功耗,提高转子的摆动频率。水循环试验结果表明,扭簧扭转机构可以有效平衡水力转矩,降低电机的功耗,提高系统的响应速度。设计的传输系统方案从机械结构上为井下电机的调制方式提供了更多可能,多种可选的调制方式可以有效保障不同钻井参数下井下上传数据的实时解调。 Swing valve pulser has gradually become the preferred structure of new pulser apparatus compared with positive needle and continuous rotary valve pulsers.It is low power consumption,high data transmission rate,and not easy to be stuck.In this paper,we explored the scheme of the pulser’s transmission system by analyzing the characteristics of the swing valve structure.Through fluid numerical simulation of the rotor according to its moving track,we showed that the torque to the rotor in the flow passage caused the rotor to gradually close under the action of the fluid.In order to reduce power consumption by the motor and improve swing frequency of the rotor,we added the torsion spring mechanism to the transmission system.Our water cycle experiments showed that this mechanism effectively balanced the hydraulic torque,reduced the power of the motor,and improved the response speed of the system.Therefore,our scheme is expected to provide more possibilities for the modulation method through the mechanical structure.Furthermore,the varieties of modulation options can effectively protect upload data real-time demodulation from downhole in different drilling parameters.
