对定子铁芯电镀锌-镍合金挂具的改进研究

摘要 电镀锌-镍合金的生产过程中,挂具主要起导电、支撑和固定零件的作用。由于产品结构的不同,对挂具的匹配度提出了不同的需求。以汽车定子铁芯表面电镀锌-镍合金的挂具为研究对象,优化现有电镀工艺中通用的挂具结构,提高定子铁芯表面电镀锌-镍合金的生产效率和产品一次合格率的同时,使得挂具便于生产制造,降低制造成本,可推广应用。 In the production process of electrogalvanizing-nickel alloy,the hanger mainly plays the role of conducting,supporting,and setting parts.Due to the different structures of products,there are distinct needs for the suitability of the hanger.In this paper,the hanger of automobile stator core electrogalvanizing-nickel alloy will be the research object,aiming to optimize the existing electroplating process in the general structure of the hanger.Pursuing the improvement of the stator electrogalvanizingnickel alloy production efficiency as well as product one-time qualification rate,the study also seeks for the facilitation and lowcost of hangers’manufacture which can be widely used.
