摘要
提出一种采用“PLC+PC”组合方案的恒温水嘴综合试验机,介绍恒温水嘴综合性能检测系统的硬件结构、软件程序设计以及系统的工作原理,给出恒温水嘴测试实验项目的操作界面。实践结果表明,该系统功能强大,运行可靠,能满足恒温水嘴的试验要求。
This paper presents a kind of constant temperature water nozzle comprehensive testing machine which adopts the combination scheme of“PLC+PC”.The hardware structure and software programming,the working principle of the testing system for thermostatic faucets is introduced,and operation interface of the testing items is given.Test result shows that:the system has strong function and reliable operation,which can satisfy the test requirements of thermostatic faucets.
