摘要
在高温高压合成工业金刚石的过程中,金刚石的合成工艺对其质量有着重要影响,具体包含添加剂的使用、金刚石合成颜色、金刚石形貌以及体系合成温度等方面。因此,结合金刚石基本属性,着重探究各个因素对金刚石合成的影响,最终发现添加剂对金刚石的自发成核有着一定的抑制影响,在这样的影响下金刚石会呈现出金黄色的状态。通过对合成工艺的调整能够实现对金刚石合成速度的控制,进而确保最终能够合成平均粒度为0.6mm的优质工业金刚石。
In the process of synthesizing industrial diamond at high temperature and high pressure,the synthesis process of diamond has a very important influence on its quality,including the use of additives,diamond synthesis color,diamond morphology,system synthesis temperature and so on.In this paper,the basic properties of diamond are combined to explore the influence of various factors on diamond synthesis.Finally,it is found that the additive has a certain inhibition effect on the spontaneous nucleation of diamond.Under such influence,diamond will show a golden yellow state.Through the adjustment of synthesis process,the control of diamond synthesis speed can be realized,and the high quality industrial diamond with an average particle size of 0.6mm can be finally synthesized.
