一种中小型餐厨垃圾处理设备的设计

A Kind of Small and Medium-sized Equipment for Food Waste Treatment

随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,餐厨垃圾处理逐渐成为环境治理中的重要问题。由于我国人口众多,餐厨垃圾产量巨大,因此在餐厨垃圾收运处理上存在极大的难度。针对我国北方餐厨垃圾的成分进行分析,根据分析的餐厨垃圾成分设计了一种中小型餐厨垃圾处理设备。该餐厨垃圾处理设备由三相分离系统、破碎系统、烘干灭菌系统及自动控制系统组成,以制作干饲料为主要目的,同时析出并统一收集油液,用于后期制作生物柴油等燃料。

With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the treatment of food waste has gradually become an important problem in environmental governance.Due to the large population and the huge output of food waste in China,there is a great difficulty in the collection and transportation of food waste.In this paper,the composition of kitchen waste in North China is analyzed.According to the analysis of the composition of kitchen waste,a kind of small and medium-sized kitchen waste treatment equipment is designed.The equipment is composed of three-phase separation system,crushing system,drying and sterilization system and automatic control system.The main purpose of the equipment is to make dry feed,and at the same time,it can separate and collect oil uniformly,which can be used in the later production of biodiesel and other fuels.
