基于骨架模型的加固显示模块设计

摘要 为了实现加固显示模块的快速设计,提出基于加固显示模块骨架模型的快速设计方法。该方法首先建立加固显示模块的骨架模型,该骨架模型由基准面、基准线、基准点以及曲线组成,其中的基准面主要为加固显示模块零件的外形面、零件之间的配合约束面、用户要求的外形约束面,基准线主要为加固显示模块零件相互联接时螺纹孔线。利用建立的骨架模型自顶向下地传递设计信息,之后进行零件的详细设计。 In order to realize the fast design of the reinforcement display module,this paper proposes a fast design method based on the skeleton model of the reinforcement display module.Firstly,the skeleton model of the reinforcement display module is established.The skeleton model of the reinforcement display module is composed of datum plane,datum line,datum point and curve.The datum plane is mainly the contour plane of the reinforcement display module parts,the mating constraint plane between parts,and the contour constraint plane required by users;the datum line is mainly the thread hole line when the reinforcement display module parts are connected with each other.The skeleton model is used to transfer design information from top to bottom,and then the detailed design of parts is carried out.
