摘要
工艺规划是实施制造生产的关键环节。面向绿色制造的工艺规划需综合考虑时间、成本、质量、资源消耗及环境影响。机电产品绿色工艺规划的选择是一个多因素、多目标的决策过程,因此考虑决策者决策的模糊性,提出基于模糊层次分析法-熵权法的多目标决策体系。以时间、成本、质量、资源消耗和环境影响为指标构建决策体系,运用模糊层次分析法,结合熵权法求解指标权重,通过模糊综合评判法对待选工艺规划进行评判,确定最优工艺规划。
Process planning is a key link in the implem-entation of manufacturing.The process planning for green manufacturing needs to consider the time,cost,quality,resource consumption and environmental impact.The selection of green process planning for electromechanical products is a multi-factor and multi-objective decision.Considering the subjective fuzziness of decision-makers,a multi-objective decision-making system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-entropy method is proposed.Taking time,cost,quality,resource consumption and environmental impact as indicators to build decision-making system.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to solve the index weight of decision-making system.The optimal process planning is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
