摘要
超级电容器是一种新型超高能量转换效率的储能器件。相较于传统电容器,它具有更高的能量密度;相较于充电超级电容器,它具有更高的功率密度和超长的循环寿命。因此,简要分析超级电容器电极狭缝挤压式涂布质量的主要影响因素和产生质量缺陷的机理,并针对实际生产过程中质量缺陷的产生原因进行分析,提出相关的解决方法。
Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage device with ultra-high energy conversion efficiency.Compared with traditional capacitor,it has higher energy density.Compared with charging supercapacitor,it has higher power density and longer cycle life.In this paper,the main influencing factors and the mechanism of the quality defects of the supercapacitor electrode narrow slot extrusion coating are briefly analyzed,and the causes of the quality defects in the actual production process are analyzed and the solutions are proposed.
