摘要
通过对比颚式破碎机和对辊式破碎机对三产品重介旋流器中煤的破碎效果,发现颚式破碎机比对辊式破碎机对中煤的破碎解离效果更好。在理论精煤灰分为12.00%的情况下,颚式破碎机比对辊式破碎机的获得的精煤产率高7.52%。这是由于对辊式破碎对中煤的施力只有挤压力,而颚式破碎对中煤的施力不仅有挤压力还有劈裂和弯折作用,存在多种作用的颚式破碎机对重介中煤的破碎解离效果更好,得到的精煤产率更高。相比破碎前,将重选中煤破碎后最高可增加精煤产率(占中煤)25.53%。
By comparing the crushing effect of jaw crusher and roller crusher on the medium coal in three product dense medium cyclone,it is found that jaw crusher has better crushing and dissociation effect than roller crusher.When the theoretical clean coal ash content is 12.00%,the clean coal yield of jaw crusher is 7.52%higher than that of roller crusher.The reason is that the force applied to the medium coal by roller crusher is extrusion force,while the force exerted by jaw crusher on medium coal is not only squeezing force,but also splitting and bending effect.Jaw crusher with various functions has better crushing and dissociation effect on heavy medium medium coal,and the yield of clean coal is higher.Compared with that before crushing,the highest clean coal yield(accounting for medium coal)can be increased by 25.53%after crushing.
