在卷烟生产的制丝、卷接、包装三大生产工序中,制丝生产工序是提高卷烟产品内在品质、稳定抽吸口感、满足消费者抽吸体验的关键环节,对产品品质均质化起到重要作用。同时,设备作为产品生产的基础保障,服务于制丝生产工艺,管好用好设备是关键。基于此,结合设备全生命周期管理在制丝车间的应用进行了探讨。

In the three major production processes of cigarette production,the shredding production process is the key link to improve the intrinsic quality of cigarette products,stabilize the smoking taste and satisfy the smoking experience of consumers,and plays an important role in the homogenization of product quality.As the basic guarantee of product production,equipment serves the silk production process,and the key is to manage and use the equipment well.Therefore,this paper discusses the application of equipment life cycle management in silk production workshop.
