脐血TGF-β1、Treg细胞数量水平对早产儿支气管肺发育不良的预测价值 被引量:9

Predictive value of TGF-β1 and Treg cell count in umbilical cord blood for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants

摘要 目的研究脐血转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、调节性T细胞(Treg)数量水平对早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的预测价值。方法选取本院2016年4月至2019年8月诊治的186例早产BPD患儿作为研究组,另选择同期出生的健康早产儿318例作为对照组,分析比较不同程度BPD、健康早产儿之间脐血TGF-β1、Treg细胞水平。Spearman分析脐血TGF-β1、Treg细胞数量水平与疾病严重程度相关性。结果轻、中、重度BPD患儿脐血TGF-β1水平比较,重度BPD>中度BPD>轻度BPD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Treg细胞数量水平比较,轻度BPD>中度BPD>重度BPD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman分析显示TGF-β1水平与BPD严重程度呈正相关,Treg细胞数量与BPD严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论脐血TGF-β1、Treg细胞数量水平可作为早产儿发生BPD的预测指标,TGF-β1水平升高和Treg细胞数量减少均可能增加BPD的发生风险。 Objective To investigate the predictive value of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and regulatory T cell(Treg)count in umbilical cord blood(UCB)for bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in preterm infants.Methods 186 preterm infants with BPD who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2016 to August 2019 were selected and included in the study group.318 healthy preterm infants who were born during the same period were selected as the control group.The TGF-β1 and Treg cell count in UCB were compared between children with different degrees of BPD in the study group,and compared between the study group and the control group.Spearman analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between cord blood TGF-β1,Treg cell count and severity of the disease.Results The order of TGF-β1 levels in children with different degrees of BPD from high to low was as follows:severe BPD,moderate BPD,mild BPD(P<0.05),while the order of Treg cell count from high to low was as follows:mild BPD,moderate BPD,severe BPD(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the TGF-β1 level was positively correlated with the severity of BPD,and the Treg cell count was negatively correlated with the severity of BPD(P<0.05).Conclusion Cord blood TGF-β1 and the number of Treg cells can be used as predictors of BPD in premature infants.Elevated TGF-β1 levels and decrease in the number of Treg cells may increase the risk of BPD.
