硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化对支气管肺炎患儿临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide atomization on children with bronchial pneumonia

目的分析硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对支气管肺炎患儿症状体征、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法收集本院2017年3月至2019年4月收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料为研究对象,根据患者治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组(硫酸特布他林治疗),研究组(硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗)各60例。对比两组患者临床效果,观察治疗后症状体征变化以及不良反应情况,并对比治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6及肺功能。结果研究组总有效率明显要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者TNF-α、IL-6表达水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),研究组下降情况要明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有轻微不良反应出现,在正确护理后消失。结论硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可缓解支气管肺炎患儿临床症状,改善炎性因子水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effects of inhalation treatment of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide atomization on the symptoms and signs,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in children with bronchial pneumonia.Method The clinical data of 120 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were collected.The patients were divided into the control group(terbutaline sulfate)and the study group(inhalation treatment of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide atomization),60 cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,the changes in symptoms and signs and adverse reactions were observed after treatment,and TNF-α,IL-6 and lung function were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.66%,which was significantly better than the 76.66%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decline in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function of both groups improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide atomization inhalation therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with bronchial pneumonia,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and have high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
