摘要
我国的研学旅行已被列入中小学校的必修课程,将进入“井喷”式发展阶段。要确保研学旅行高质量发展,需要学历教育和职业培训两条腿走路,大批量培养研学旅行专业化人才。基于研学旅行组织实施情况,从服务商、学校、学生三个层面对我国研学旅行从业人员的状况进行了抽样问卷调查,通过定量研究分析研学旅行从业人员专业化培养的的关键要素。结果显示,研学旅行从业人员整体素质参差不齐,各个岗位都呈现紧缺状态,社会热切期盼专业化培养各类研学旅行服务人才。
China’s research travel has been included in the compulsory courses of primary and secondary schools,and will enter the stage of“blowout”development.In order to ensure the high-quality development of research travel,both diplomatic education and social training are needed to cultivate a large number of research travel professionals.Based on the reality of research travel,the author conducts a sample questionnaire survey on research travel practitioners in China from three aspects:service providers,schools and students and analyzes the key elements of professional training of research travel practitioners through quantitative research.The results show that the overall quality of research travel practitioners varies,and all positions are in a state of shortage.The specialized training of all kinds of research travel professionals is urgently needed.
