成都市城区老年人医养结合需求的影响因素分析及对策建议

Analysis of the influencing factors and countermeasures of the elderly demand for combination of medical treatment and endowment in Chengdu city

目的调查成都市城区老年人医养结合需求情况并分析影响因素,为发展医养结合养老模式提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年5月至9月选取成都市3个社区共221例老年人作为调查对象,并采用Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 221例社区老年人中,有医养结合需求的老年人为119例,医养结合需求率为53.8%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、慢性病情况、医保情况是其影响因素(P<0.05)。结论成都市城区老年人医养结合需求较高,文化程度、慢性病情况、医保情况是该地区医养结合需求的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the demand status of combination of medical treatment and endowment among the elderly in urban areas of Chengdu city and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for developing endowment patterns of combination of medical treatment and endowment.Me thods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select a total of 221 elderly people from three communities in Chengdu city from May to September 2019 as the investigation objects,and Logistic Regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Re s ults Among the 221 elderly people in the communities,119 were in need of combination of medical treatment and endowment,with a demand rate of 53.8 percent. The results of Logistic Regression analysis showed that education,chronic diseases and medical insurance were the influencing factors( P <0.05).Conclus ion The elderly people in Chengdu urban areas have a high demand for the combination of medical treatment and endowment,and education,chronic diseases and medical insurance are the main influencing factors for the demand of combination of medical treatment and endowment in this region.
