基于大数据分析工科院校大学生就业意愿变化新特征

Based on Big Data Analysis of The New Characteristics of College Students’ Employment Intention

2020年新十年的大幕已经拉开,更是决胜小康的关键之年。解决就业是国家民生之基;是奋斗之源。我国连续5年毕业生突破800万,高校应当注重大学生的就业意愿动态及大学生就业意向的培养,从而可以更好地为大学生提供就业服务,解决企业用人难等问题。为此及时掌握大学生的就业意愿更应该重视,及时掌握大学生的就业意向,与对口用人单位相匹配,从而相得益彰。该文着手网络分发调查问卷,基于大数据分析当代95后大学生的就业意向、就业动态以及参加招聘会的主要方式。就业意愿调查可以了解学生的近段时间的就业意愿,通过对大学生的就业意愿调查也可以从侧面为现有的就业政策提供参考。此外,我国正处在脱贫攻坚的决胜时期,各个岗位都需要大量人才为社会主义现代化建设提供力量,因此大学生的就业意愿调查显得尤为重要。95后大学生已逐步走向工作岗位,95后的大学生表现出碎片化、个性化等特征,他们与80后、90后的毕业生表现出大相径庭的就业意愿。为此,该文基于工科学生背景下,对即将毕业和毕业1年后的学生采取问卷调查,及时掌握新时代大学生的就业变化新特征。

The curtain of the new decade in 2020 has been opened,and it is the key year to win the well-off society.Solving employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood and the source of struggle.In China,the number of graduates has exceeded 8 million for five years in a row.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the dynamic trend of the employment intention of college students and the cultivation of the employment intention of college students,so as to provide better employment services for college students and solve the problems of employment difficulty in enterprises.Therefore,we should pay more attention to mastering the employment intention of college students in time.We should grasp the employment intention of college students in time to match with the counterpart employers,so as to complement each other.Based on big data,this paper analyzes the employment intention,employment trends and the main ways to participate in the job fair of college students after the ninth five year plan.The survey of employment intention can understand the employment intention of students in recent periods,and it can also provide reference for reflecting some employment policies.In addition,our country is in the decisive period of poverty alleviation,each post needs a large number of talents to provide strength for socialist modernization construction,so the survey of college students’ employment intention is particularly important.After the ninth five-year plan,college students have gradually moved to work.After the ninth five-year plan,college students show fragmentation,personalization and other characteristics.They are quite different from the graduates after the eighth and ninth five-year plans.Therefore,based on the background of engineering students,this paper takes a questionnaire survey to the students who are about to graduate and one year after graduation,so as to grasp the new characteristics of employment changes of college students in the new era.
