Suggestions on Offline Teaching Management under the Background of "Internet +"

"互联网+"为实现线上教学提供技术平台,丰富了传统线下教学模式,使线下线上教学形成良好互补。而且可以充分发掘全国优秀教学名师惠及更多学生。但是,目前线上教学没有成为教学模式的主要方式,仅补充线下教学模式。当突发性事件导致正常线下教学秩序被打乱后,可以充分利用线上教学的资源保证教学工作正常进行。但是全国范围内同时进行线上教学时存在如下一些弊端:线上教学平台资源有限;线上教学平台功能不足,监管学生难度大;网络不流畅;增加老师及家长的负担等。针对这些问题提出相关建议:完善线上课程资源建设;完善线上教学平台功能,线上线下加强教学监督管理;学校应制定合理的授课时间。

"Internet +" provides a technical platform for the realization of online teaching,enriches the traditional offline teaching mode,and makes the offline and online teaching form a good complement.And can fully explore the national outstanding teachers benefit more students.However,at present,online teaching has not become the main teaching mode,only to supplement the offline teaching mode.When emergencies disrupt the normal offline teaching order,we can make full use of online teaching resources to ensure normal teaching work.However,the resources of online teaching platforms are limited when online teaching is carried out simultaneously nationwide.The function of an online teaching platform is insufficient and it is difficult to supervise students.The network is not smooth;Some disadvantages such as increasing the burden on teachers and parents.To solve these problems,relevant Suggestions are put forward:to improve the construction of online course resources;Improve the function of online teaching platform and strengthen the supervision and management of online and offline teaching;Schools should set reasonable school hours.
