现代学徒制背景下高职院校“课程思政”教学改革探索

On the Teaching Reform of"Curriculum Ideological and Political"in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

习总书记强调人无德不立,育人的根本在于立德。这是人才培养的辩证法。办学就要尊重这个规律,否则就办不好学。现代学徒制育人的根本除了培养学生技能外,还应注重学生德行的培养,就要求将思想政治教育融入学科、教学、教材以及管理体系当中,这为现代学徒制与课程思政的结合指明了方向。该文提出在现代学徒制背景下的进行课程思政教学改革,通过建设多元育人团队、协同建立课程体系、创新教学模式、完善监管机制来加强高职院校课程思政的教学改革,全面提高高职院校培养人的能力,确保学生德技双修。

General Secretary Xi stressed that morality is the foundation of education.This is the dialectics of talent training.In running a school,we must respect this law,other wise we will not be able to do well.The essence of modern apprenticeship education is not only to cultivate students'skills,but also to cultivate students'morality.It requires that ideological and political education be integrated into disciplines,teaching materials and management systems,which points out the direction for the combination of modern apprenticeship and curriculum ideological and political education.This paper proposes to carr y out the ideological and political teaching reform in the context of modern apprenticeship system,strengthen the ideological and political teaching reform in Higher Vocational Colleges by building a diversif ied education team,cooperating with the establishment of the curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode,and improving the supervision mechanism,so as to comprehensively improve the ability of higher vocational colleges to train people and ensure the students'moral and technical double training.
