浅谈小学班主任的智慧治班之路

众所周知,对于小学阶段的学生而言,班主任的管理工作会直接影响到学生该方面能力的发展,因此,为了更好地响应新课标提出的培养学生综合素养的目标,小学班主任要学会智慧治班,通过一种巧妙而又讨好学生的方式来帮助学生管理自身的学习和生活日常。小学阶段的学生大多数自我意识较弱,相对而言自控能力不强,很容易被一些意识所误导,班主任如何将德育工作发挥作用,成为了现阶段主要的管理工作中的关键问题,采用智慧先行的值班方法能够使班主任和小学生之间建立起平等密切的联系,从而对学生的各项素质能力予以启蒙。

As is known to all,for students of elementary school,the teacher in charge of the management work directly affect the students the ability of development,therefore,in order to better respond to new standard of students’ comprehensive quality training target,put forward by the primary school teacher in charge should learn wisdom class,by means of a clever and please students to help students manage their own learning and daily life.Most primary school students’ self consciousness is weak,relatively self-control is not strong,easily misled by some consciousness,how the teacher in charge works to the moral education work,has become the main current of the key issues in the management,use wisdom first duty method can make the teacher in charge and develop equally close contact between pupils,and enlightenment to the quality and ability of students.
