摘要
改革开放以来,高校与企业的产学研合作快速发展,信用纠纷日渐增多却普遍“无解”,给产学研合作的健康发展带来了负面影响。学术界对此现象进行了初步揭示,但是缺乏深入扎实的案例研究和理论建构。本文以信用理论解释为工具,采取案例研究方法,对SZY大学产学研合作情况进行了为期近6年的调查,对信用纠纷的表现和原因进行了分析,发现单纯的市场机制或社会机制对于确保合作信用都具有局限性,以至于近年来国家对高校的产学研合作进行了整改和整顿。在此基础上,本文对现有的信用理论解释进行了反思,并作出了初步的修正完善。
Since the Reform and Opening up,with the fast development of the industry-university-research collaboration between university and enterprise,credit disputes became a growing but unsolved phenomenon,which has brought negative impact on the healthy development of industry-university-research collaboration.Previous literature has examined this issue preliminarily,but there is few in-depth and solid case studies and theoretical construction.Based on theories of credit and taking a case study approach,this study investigated the industry-university-research collaboration at SZY University over a period of almost six years,and analyzed the manifestation and causes of cooperative credit disputes.It is found that a simple market or social mechanism alone has limitations for ensuring cooperative credit,so much so that in recent years,the government has carried out rectification on the industry-university-research collaboration between university and enterprise.On this basis,this paper reflects on the existing credit theory,and makes a preliminary revision and improvement of the theory.
