摘要
全球爆发的新冠病毒疫情迫使许多学校尝试应用在线方式开展教学,当疫情过后混合教学或将成为一种常规的教学模式。但是学校要有效实施混合教学,仅靠自身的探索与逐步演变,不仅速度太慢,而且容易走入误区,因此需要借助校外支持力量,建立协同合作的混合教学改革共同体。本研究对一所刚着手实施混合教改的学校进行了持续2年四个学期的跟踪,采用基于设计的研究方法开展了三轮迭代,构建了学校借助校外支持力量推进混合教改的策略模型,并对案例校采取的具体实施策略及案例校在观念、模式、组织上发生的变化进行了详细阐述,明确了学校所借助的校外支持力量需要多元构成,要基于课程的设计与应用进行教学过程重构,学校与校外支持力量要形成信任及共同谋划的关系等。
The COVID-19 outbreak has forced many universities to push education online.Blended learning and teaching will gradually become a regular mode in universities after the pandemic.However,effective implementation of blended learning in universities may be slow and fall easily into a wrong way if only rely on their own exploration and gradual evolution.Therefore,we need to build a collaborative blended teaching reform community with the help of external partnership.The study followed a college for two years(four semesters)that had just started to implement blended learning.Three rounds of iterations were carried out using the design-based research method to construct a strategic model for universities to promote blended learning reform with the help of external partnership.It illustrated the implementation strategies in details,and described the changes of concept,mode and organization in the case college.It clarified that the external partnership needs to diversified.The teaching process should be reconstructed based on the design and application of the curriculum.The case college and its external partnership should form a relationship of trust and planning together.
