基于评教调查的高校课堂教学供给侧改革研究——以临沂大学为例

摘要 运用扎根理论研究方法制定大学生评教调查表,了解大学生对教师与课堂教学的需求,提出基于教师与高校的课堂教学改革策略。研究表明,88%的学生重视评教活动,90%的学生会认真评教。但也对评教存在不同程度的顾虑和对评教结果的质疑,83%的学生对教师的要求以讲课认真和亲和力强为主,87%的学生则对课堂教学的要求是内容具有吸引力。针对学校与教师分别提出高校课堂教学供给侧的改革建议,为深化本科教育教学改革提供依据和参考。 It is obvious that the current higher education in China advocates four regressions,which puts forward higher requirements for the reform of undergraduate education and teaching.It is well-known that classroom teaching is the key link and chief field.The paper tries to utilize the questionnaire of College Students'evaluation of teaching,in which it emphasizes to adopt the grounded theory research method.The purpose is to understand the requirements of college students for teachers and classroom teaching.The survey results show that 88%of the students attach importance to the evaluation of teaching activities.Meanwhile,90%of the students can seriously evaluate teaching.On the other hand,83%of the students'require teachers to give lectures seriously and have strong affinity.87%of the students require that classroom teaching should have attractive contents.Furthermore,the paper makes some suggestions on reform of the supply side in colleges.Hopefully,the research may provide reference for deepening reform of undergraduate education and teaching.
