终身教育视域下高职院校社会服务思考

摘要 终身教育是人的一生各阶段的教育和社会生活全体教育的总和。在终身教育体系下,我国高职院校的社会服务域包括:职前在校教育、职前校外教育、职后在校继续教育和职后校外职业培训。通过总结美国社区学院、澳大利亚技术与继续教育、欧洲职业教育与培训在融入终身教育体系方面的经验,提出我国高职院校增强终身教育服务能力的措施:扩大服务对象和拓宽服务领域;促进多方参与,形成服务合力;认定学习成果,健全衔接沟通机制;完善保障激励机制,提升服务质量。 Lifelong education includes the integration of various types of education available to individuals throughout their lifetime.Under the lifelong education system,the social service of Chinese vocational colleges covers four domains such as pre-service school-based education,pre-service out-of-school education,in-school continuing education,and out-of-school vocational training.The paper tries to summarize the experience of American community colleges,Australian technical and further education,and European vocational education and training.Thereupon,it recommends some countermeasures so as to enhance the capacity of Chinese vocational colleges in serving lifelong education.It is essential to expand service targets and broaden service scope.It is necessary to promote multi-party participation in order to form service synergy.It is imperative to recognize learning results and improve the connection mechanism.It is advisable to improve the guarantee and incentive mechanism so that the service quality can be enhanced significantly.
