摘要
职业群体思想在涂尔干的理论体系中占据重要地位,论述形成职业群体的必然性,组成社会的可行性,构建国家的现实性。涂尔干理论不但赋予了职业群体以社会整合的功能,还给予了道德建设的作用。用涂尔干的职业群体思想可以很好地解释我国高校教师道德失范问题,其启示就是建立健全高校教师进入与退出机制,使教师群体边界清晰,从而有利于高校教师职业群体建设和职业伦理的形成,增强群体凝聚力,更好地发挥职业伦理的约束功能。
It is well-known that the thought of occupational group plays an important role in Durkhei's theoretical system.Then,the paper tries to expound the necessity of forming occupational group,the feasibility of forming society and the reality of constructing country.There is no doubt that Durkheim not only endowed the professional group with the function of social integration,but also gave the role of moral construction.Therefore,Durkheim's thought of professional group can be used to explain the moral misconduct of teachers in colleges.The enlightenment is to establish and perfect the entry and exit mechanism of college teachers.The purpose is to make the boundary of the teacher group clear and help formation of the professional ethics.Similarly,it is necessary to enhance the cohesion of the group and better exert the restraint function of the professional ethics.
