摘要
首先叙述了化感作用的定义和化感化学物质的种类以及酚酸类物质的作用。其次,以酚酸类物质为研究重点,分别从该类物质对植物生理过程和生长发育的影响、与植物-土壤养分互作和与土壤根际微生物互作3个方面进行了重点论述。最后指出:(1)今后化感作用的研究应加强质谱成像技术应用,实现高分辨率代谢物的空间测绘;(2)结合基因敲除技术和代谢组学方法,全面明析次生代谢物合成的代谢途径的起源和进化的分子遗传证据,更加系统地认识地下相互作用的“黑箱”;(3)筛选含有害酚酸类作物和天然植被,进行化感除草。应用化感物质的结构与功能,开发新型合成农药;(4)加强化感残留效应相关研究。
This paper first described the definition of allelopathy,the types of allelopathic chemicals and the functions of phenolic acids.Secondly,it focussed on the phenolic acids,the effects of phenolic acids on plant physiological processes and growth and development,the interaction with plant-soil nutrients and the interaction with soil rhizosphere microorganisms were discussed,respectively.Finally,it was pointed out that:(1)in the future study of allelopathy,the application of mass spectrometry imaging technology should be strengthened to realize the spatial mapping of metabolites with high resolution;(2)combine with gene knockout technology and metabolomics methods,comprehensively analyze the molecular genetic evidence of the origin and evolution of metabolic pathways for secondary metabolite synthesis,and understand the"black box"of underground interactions more systematically;(3)screening crops and natural vegetation containing harmful phenolic acids,and carried out chemical allelopathic weeding control.To develop new synthetic pesticides by applying the structure and function of allelopathic substances;(4)more research should focus on allelopathic legacy effects.
