摘要
为探索匙孔型钨极气保焊(keyhole gas tungsten arc welding,KTIG)技术在海洋工程装备制造领域应用的可行性,采用KTIG打底+埋弧焊填充盖面的工艺方法完成了海洋工程用A36、E36等级钢板焊接,对KTIG焊接技术的双面成型能力、深熔能力、焊接接头的力学性能进行了研究和测试,验证了KTIG焊接技术的良好的单面焊双面成型能力、深熔能力及对装配间隙的良好容忍度。结果表明,KTIG焊接满足通用钢结构焊接标准及海洋工程装备制造行业标准要求,在海洋工程装备制造领域具备广阔的应用前景。
In order to verify the feasibility of keyhole gas tungsten arc welding(KTIG)technology in the field of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing,A36 and E36 steel plates for offshore engineering are root welded by KTIG,and filled and covered by submerged arc welding.The abilities of double-sided forming and deep penetration,and mechanical proper-ties of the welded joint of KTIG welding are studied and tested.It is verified that KTIG welding technology has good abilities of single-sided welding double-sided forming and deep penetration,and good tolerance of assembly clearance.The results show that the KTIG welding meets the general steel structure welding standards and offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry standards.And it has a broad application prospect in the field of offshore enginee-ring equipment manufacturing.
